From drawing to production
How we start production
01
Review the task
We study drawings, cage dimensions, quantities and deadlines. We confirm the site address and working conditions.
02
Agree the solution
We define the equipment, crew and schedule, and estimate rental, transport and setup costs.
03
Sign the contract
We agree the price, scope of work, schedule, payment terms and each party’s responsibilities.
04
Transport and start up
We confirm site readiness, relocate, position and prepare the equipment. Before production begins, we check that the production area is ready.
05
Manufacture cages
We work to agreed drawings and schedules. Inspection, acceptance and completion procedures are agreed in advance.
Clear preparation
What to agree at the site
Exact requirements depend on the machine, cage dimensions and output. Before delivery, we agree the conditions and each party's responsibilities.
Space and access
Space for equipment, vehicle access, unloading areas, and storage of reinforcing steel and finished cages.
Power and handling equipment
Equipment connection, required utilities and machinery for loading operations.
Materials and documentation
Drawings and specifications for cage production. For machine rental, the renter supplies reinforcing steel and consumables; supplies for on-site production are agreed separately.
Crew working conditions
Access arrangements, working hours, welfare facilities, accommodation and meals for the specialists. For equipment rental with a crew, the renter provides accommodation and meals.
For production relocation
Mobile production requirements
Prefabricated workshop
Workshop temperature: at least +5 °C.
Floor surface: concrete or compacted crushed stone.
Required power: 17 kW.
Handling and loading
A roll-out trolley to move finished cages to the loading area.
A 5-tonne overhead crane with a ground-to-hook height of at least 6.5 m, or a mobile crane available around the clock.
Raw material and product storage
The storage and loading area must accommodate the full raw material stock and 10–15 finished cages.
What to send for a relocation quotation
Drawings showing dimensions and materials.
Quantity required for each item.
Delivery city and preferred delivery dates.
Company details sheet.
Lower logistics costs
Producing near the construction site reduces the cost of delivering finished cages to the site — one of the main benefits of relocation.
Output matched to construction schedules
Production can be scheduled to match the sequence of site operations.
Production close to the customer
It is easier to coordinate output, monitor readiness and agree changes.

Frequently asked questions
How does rental differ from on-site production?
Rental primarily provides a machine and crew for an agreed period. On-site production includes establishing a production area, deploying equipment and staff, and starting production. The scope of each option is set out in the proposal and contract.
Who supplies reinforcing steel and consumables?
For machine rental with crew, the renter supplies reinforcing steel and consumables. For on-site production, material supply arrangements are agreed separately and recorded in the contract.
How long does start-up take?
The estimated start-up period is 3–4 weeks after the contract is signed and the advance payment is received. We agree the exact date based on the site’s location, readiness and preparation required.
What makes up the cost?
We consider equipment and operating time, crew size, transport, installation and start-up, output and site conditions. The proposal specifies included costs and the customer's responsibilities.
How are cage specifications and quality agreed?
Production is based on approved drawings and specifications. Before work begins, we agree product requirements, inspection, acceptance and accompanying documents. We review opportunities to optimise the project to reduce lead times and costs; any changes are agreed before manufacture.
