Sheet and strip rolling and bending
Rings and cylindrical shells, sheet and strip roll forming and bending to customer drawings.

From a flat blank to the required shape
Roll forming creates curvature; bending creates specified angles and profile sections. The operation depends on the component geometry, material and drawing requirements.
Rings
We form strip into rings of the specified diameter. The blank section and joint detail are agreed from the drawing.
Cylindrical shells
We roll sheet into a cylindrical form. A quotation requires diameter, height, thickness and steel grade; joint requirements are agreed separately.
Rolling and bending
We form sheet and strip into curved or angled shapes. Manufacturing feasibility is assessed against component geometry and material properties.
Applications
Rings, shells and bent blanks are components of steel structures and assemblies. The design determines the application and requirements for the complete assembly.
Inspection and dispatch preparation
The order specifies checks of diameter or radius, height, angles and other drawing dimensions. Tolerances, surface condition, completeness and accompanying documents are agreed separately.
Quotation inputs
Steel grade, blank thickness and width, radius or diameter, component shape and quantity. Material requirements and applicable standards are established from the project documentation.
What to send for a quote
Send a drawing or specification (KZh or KM project section, if available).
