Reinforcement ready for assembly
We manufacture blanks and reinforcement components to customer drawings. Batch contents are agreed by drawing item for use in cage assembly and reinforced concrete work.
Bars cut to length
We cut reinforcing bars into specified lengths. The specification defines quantities, bar diameter and steel grade.
Uncoiling and cutting
We process coiled reinforcement into the required lengths. Material properties and requirements for the finished bars are agreed before production.
Spirals and rings
We form reinforcement to the design geometry. Spirals require a diameter, pitch and length; rings require a diameter and end detail.
Applications
Cut bars are used in reinforcement work; rings and spirals form parts of cages, including pile cages where specified by the design. The project determines their purpose and dimensions.
Inspection and dispatch preparation
When agreeing the batch, we define the parameters to check: material, component lengths and shape, and quantities by item. Tolerances, packing requirements and accompanying documents are specified in the order.
Quotation inputs
The operation, reinforcement grade and diameter, component dimensions and batch quantity. Applicable material and product standards are determined by the design and order requirements.
